Community Without the Cult Vibes

Look, we've all seen those gyms where everyone's doing synchronized burpees and chanting mantras. That's not us. Our community is just regular people who show up, do the work, and maybe grab coffee after.

You'll find accountants training next to students, parents fitting in sessions before pickup, and yes, some competitive athletes too. Everyone's got their own goals, and we respect that.
